General information
The following terms and conditions apply to agreements with Tentipi AB, hereinafter referred to as "Tentipi", "us", "our" or "we", concerning the purchase and delivery of goods to customers.
Tentipi sells Nordic tipis, tent accessories and other outdoor equipment in Moskosel and Sunne in accordance with the Consumer Sales Act (2022:260).
Tentipi also sells Nordic tipis, tent accessories and other outdoor equipment through its online store in accordance with the Distance and Off-Premises Contracts Act (2005:59).
Tentipi reserves the right to refuse service/purchases at any time.
Warranty and complaints
We provide a 1-year waterproofness guarantee for our cotton/polyester tents. This guarantee is valid under the condition that the tent has not been exposed to substances that negatively affect the waterproofing. As a consumer, you have the legal right to make a complaint about a product for up to 3 years from the date of purchase if it concerns a material or manufacturing defect, meaning a defect that existed in the product when it was purchased. However, the complaint should be made within a reasonable time (2 months) from when the defect was discovered. When contacting our customer service regarding a complaint, we can handle the matter more quickly if you have the order number and details of the product, including any serial number if applicable. (Serial numbers can be found, for example, on our sewn products such as tents, inner tents and floors.)
In the case of a complaint within the warranty period, Tentipi covers the shipping costs provided that the shipping is done according to our instructions. Tentipi will provide a return label for packages to be returned. A return form should always be completed and included with the return.
Dispute
In the event of a dispute where Tentipi and the customer cannot reach an agreement, within Sweden, the customer contact The National Board for Consumer Disputes (Allmänna reklamationsnämnden, ARN):

Tentipi follows the decisions of the the National Board for Consumer Disputes in the matter.
Prices
All our prices are stated in Euro (EUR) and include VAT, which is detailed on the order confirmation/invoice/receipt.
We reserve the right to make adjustments for potential price increases, VAT changes, currency fluctuations, typographical errors, pricing errors, clearance sales, inventory errors, etcetera.
Prices in the online store
When making a purchase in the online store, it is important to note that the price of an ordered product will not be affected by subsequent price adjustments that may occur after the order is placed. If the price is incorrect, please contact customer service. For any additional shipping charges, please refer to the "Shipping Fee" section below.
Payment responsibility and age limit in the online store
Placing an order through Tentipi's online store entails an obligation to make payment. As a customer, you accept this payment responsibility by agreeing to our purchase terms during the checkout process and by clicking the "Place Order" button.
Tentipi does not process orders from individuals under the age of 18 without parental consent.

All payments in the online store are managed by Shopify and Klarna.
Open purchase when buying from Tentipi in Moskosel and Sunne
When shopping at our stores in Moskosel and Sunne, Tentipi offers a 30-day return policy, if you present the receipt and return the product in an undamaged, unused condition and in its original packaging.
Refund
If you have paid for your items with a credit card at our factory in Moskosel or Sunne, we will refund the money to the card. The refund processing time is 2–7 bank days.
If you have ordered from the online store and paid through Shopify/Klarna or used a payment instalment, the refund will be processed through Shopify/Klarna.
For refunds of items ordered through the online store and paid directly through your internet bank, Swish or card payment, we will deposit the money into your bank account no later than 14 days after receiving the return.
Please make sure to include all necessary account details in the return package or call our customer service with your information for faster processing.
Shipping fee for online purchases
Free shipping on purchases over 400 EUR. For purchases under 400 EUR, the shipping cost is 200 EUR. If your order needs to be split into multiple deliveries, you will not be charged extra shipping fees for subsequent deliveries.
Delivery
Deliveries from the online store are primarily handled by DHL, except within Sweden.
Deliveries from the online store within Sweden are primarily handled by PostNord. This means that the package will be delivered to a PostNord pickup point in your local area.
If you provided an email address and/or mobile number when placing your order, you will receive information about the parcel ID as soon as teh delivery company has received your package for delivery. With this parcel ID, you can track your package's status on their respective websites. If you have any specific delivery requests, please contact Tentipi's customer service, and we will try to find a solution.
If Tentipi has the products you wish to order in stock, the delivery time is 2–7 working days. Your order may sometimes need to be split into multiple deliveries, which means that packages may arrive on different dates. This will be indicated in the delivery notification (sent via email) if additional deliveries are on the way.

Unclaimed packages
Tentipi reserves the right to charge the customer a fee for packages that are not picked up from the agent. The fee covers the cost of return shipping, administration and handling of the returned package.
Cost of return or exchange
You are responsible for paying the cost and bearing the responsibility for the return shipping to Tentipi's warehouse address. You are responsible for the item until it reaches us, including during transportation.
The return form should be included in your package along with your order. Place the products you wish to return inside and label the package as 'Customer Return'.
Return policy for purchases at Tentipi in Moskosel and Sunne
When shopping at our stores in Moskosel and Sunne, Tentipi offers a 30-day return policy, if you present the receipt and return the product in an undamaged, unused condition and in its original packaging.
Right of withdrawal and withdrawal period for online store
When you shop in Tentipi's online store, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal and then an additional 7 days to return the item to us. If you wish to withdraw from your purchase, you can do so within 14 days from the date of receipt. The withdrawal period begins on the day after you or your representative collected the package. If the last day of the withdrawal period falls on a Saturday, Sunday or a public holiday, it is extended to the next working day. You are not required to provide any reason for your decision, but we appreciate feedback on what you are dissatisfied with so that we have an opportunity to address it.
Return or exchange of goods
As a customer, you have the right to open the packaging and inspect the product. In the event of a return, the product and packaging must be returned in new condition so that the product can be resold. If you, as a consumer, have handled the item and/or packaging to a greater extent than necessary to determine the characteristics and/or functionality of the item, you may be obligated to compensate Tentipi for the depreciation in value of the item or packaging.
If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal for purchases in our online store, you should inform Tentipi's customer service in writing, such as via email or letter, before the withdrawal period expires.
The message should include your name and customer number, your address and information about which items you want to return or if the return applies to the entire order.
Tentipi will send you a return form to be included with the return.
The return must be received by us without undue delay and no later than 7 days after the day you notified us of your decision to cancel the purchase. If the item/items arrive later, we reserve the right to refuse the return/exchange.
