Since 2012, all Safir and Zirkon Nordic tipis in sizes 5–9 have been equipped with a patented accessory sleeve, an integrated attachment point located above the door. This innovative feature makes it easy to attach accessories such as canopies or other practical items. For earlier models, as well as for Onyx and size 15 tents, a separate accessory connector is available for purchase. This flexible solution allows older tent models to be upgraded and adapted to modern requirements.
In 1989 I sewed my first Nordic tipi in the basement of an old school building in Moskosel, Swedish Lapland. Though my tools and skills were modest, I wanted to make the best tents in the world.
