It is used to securely pitch Nordic tipis on harder terrain, offering both durability and reliability. Each stake is forged from a single steel rod and features a hardened tip for easy penetration of tough surfaces, while the unhardened body retains toughness. Machined grooves along the stake’s body further increase holding power, ensuring that the Nordic tipi remains stable even in challenging conditions. A top choice for demanding terrains.
In 1989 I sewed my first Nordic tipi in the basement of an old school building in Moskosel, Swedish Lapland. Though my tools and skills were modest, I wanted to make the best tents in the world.
