Zirkon 15 cp

Overview

Zirkon 15 cp is fantastic when a group wants a base tent for their hikes, paddling or cycling trips in the surroundings. You can sleep 16 people in the tent, but that would be a tight fit. We recommend the tent for eight people, allowing plenty of space for packing and socializing.

Our cotton/polyester canvas breathes and no inner tent is needed, but Comfort floor 15 or half inner tent 15 provides extra protection against insects and ground moisture.

Want the option of warmth and cooking? Our tents can be used with both a stove and an open fire.
For size 15 the Comfort floor 15 has openings that allow you to place a fire pit directly on bare ground, half inner tent 15 is not recommended for use with fire inside the tent.

Zirkon is medium class in our grade but top class in other contexts. Zirkon is a mobile home for people who want to invest in outdoor living and experience a new dimension of comfort and possibilities.

Strong and well-ventilating cotton/polyester fabric which gives an indoor climate far superior to that of a tent made of any kind of coated fabric. The fabric has a natural feel, and its beige-brown colour creates a warm, pleasant atmosphere in the Nordic tipi. Fades rapidly in the sun but without losing strength. Mildew prevention.

The Zirkon family

Zirkon is a combination of low weight, attractive price and international competitiveness regarding performance, since we focus on finding the best materials within this price range.

A large air intake with a net is standard. The door has mosquito protection and the patented In-Tent Vent™ system means it’s easy to ventilate out smoke and adjust the temperature. Zirkon has many of top-quality Safir’s features but has been designed for less extreme yet nevertheless demanding outdoor pursuits.
