For over 30 years, Safir from Tentipi® has proven it can be trusted. Now we launch Safir eco – our versatile tent Safir with a new, innovative and sustainable fabric. 

The new eco fabric is made from a unique blend of organic cotton, recycled polyester and hemp, which has many fabulous properties. It benefits from one of the strongest natural fibres found in nature and has the same properties as cotton when it comes to breathability and moisture regulation, but uses much less water during the production process, resulting in a lower carbon footprint.

Safir eco is a tent for people who love and care for nature, constructed with clever design details. It is a tent you can rely on in the toughest of climates, in storm-force gales or blazing heat. From ice fields to glaciers. Perfect for extreme expeditions, challenging trekking and a multitude of other outdoor activities.

For us “eco” means responsibility, which is why we have chosen not to dye the tent canvas. Keeping the natural off-white colour of the canvas means no harmful bleaching or fabric dye and reduces the carbon footprint.
